We are recruiting for a developer to work on IssueCentre, our proprietary ticketing system.
Developed in-house over the last 20 years, IssueCentre is an established product which needs further development to keep pace with the fast-paced helpdesk SaaS marketplace. We plan further agent features, more client interfaces, additional reporting engines and an iOS / Android reporting client.
IssueCentre is developed on a J2EE platform. Key skill sets required are :
Ideally a full-time position, we can also consider a part-time position and/or some home working. Working alongside our 'sister' software company for product architecture, strategy and initial knowledge transfer, this is a great option to take and show ownership of a key operating system and a key business advantage.
